Stop the Bleed!

This afternoon, our Medicine and Health Care students went through EMT training! After learning the basics, they were then taught how to stop profuse bleeding on a patient when necessary. During their “Stop the Bleed” simulation, they used tourniquets on plastic “arms” filled with fake blood in order to test their skills.
