Discover Your Personality

Today's leadership activities were all about helping students discover themselves. They began the day with the Personality Matrix activity held by Leadership Facilitator Lauren Ball, then moved onto more team building exercises. Students were placed into pairs with ropes connecting them, and instructed to get out without breaking the ropes. Once students figured it out, they ran to help other pairs free themselves before the time ran out. Later in the day, the students gathered for a talent show hosted by two of their peers. They encouraged each other to be bold and cheered loudly for each performance.
