Personality Matrix

In their second leadership session of the day, NSEC students met with Leadership Facilitator Lauren Ball for the personality matrix activity. Here, they took a quiz on their personality type and were sorted into one of four groups: koala, peacock, lion, or owl. Each animal had a description of behaviors associated with it, as well as how to use those traits to strengthen leadership skills. Students were also given information on how to best work with each personality type. At the end of the session, students presented their traits in groups.
