Back from a field trip scavenger hunt, BUSI students participated in a Supply Chain Relay! Using a set budget, each group had to buy materials, make a beverage product, 'ship' and deliver them for display in 'stores'. This taught students all about each step of the supply chain process in the real world, from taking raw materials to getting them on shelves.
