There, students found name tags with their roles and reports on the situation. TAs entered the rooms acting as the president, where students briefed them on the emergency situation. They were expected to propose actions and requests to combat the issue. When acting as president, the TAs enforced strict guidelines to heighten the stakes and test the students' performances under pressure. If the presidents were not satisfied with their teams' responses, they exited the room and returned later.
