Leadership Facilitator: What Animal Are You?

In a dynamic session filled with energy and collaboration, Leadership Facilitator Brandon Love left a lasting impression on the Medicine Intensive program today. The students answered a series of thought provoking questions to determine their unique personality style, known either as a Koala, Lion, Owl, and Peacock. They proceeded to work together with their personality group to learn more about their style. Afterwards, Brandon transformed the concept of the personality matrix, empowering students to use it not as a tool to divide themselves but rather to embrace their differences and work together more effectively.
