Leadership: Communication

In today’s leadership session, the students discussed the importance of listening and communication, applying the lesson to a game outside. In the game, students were split into teams with one “player” in the field with their eyes closed. Teammates had to give them directions by communicating nonverbally to a spokesperson, who relayed the message to the player. All players were tasked with finding and throwing stuffed animals at the other players until only one was left standing.
