Model Rollercoasters

Students in the Engineering track of the Middle School program built model rollercoasters out of pool noodles, masking tape, cups, and paper plates. After learning about the physics of rollercoasters, students were given a limited amount of time to build their own coaster in teams. Coasters had to have at least one turn, and get a marble from the top of the track to the end safely.
