Color Styles: Group Dynamics

After a morning full of field trips and specialized lessons, the students joined their leadership facilitator, Dennard Mitchell, for a fun lesson about group dynamics! The students previously took a quiz that helped identify their “color style.” Each color style showcases different leadership traits, which the students embraced when splitting into their color groups to create party invitations based on their personalities. The trick to color styles is allowing yourself to “flex” into a different color when necessary in order to find the best path to success!
